And that's the rub with Ufology and similar studies… there is no hard proof of *any* of the beliefs, be they that it's amazing alien starships to it's just birds and geese. There's just a whole lot of anecdote and photos that may or may not be of something real… That's why the debates keep going…

They say to be open-minded, but not so open-minded your brains fall out, but I would also add to not be so closed-minded your brains wither from lack of intellectual light, too. You can't accept everything nor can you reject everything.
The problem about UFO's is that there's just so many false reports… so, maybe there is 1 true report in 1000, but who's gonna believe that anymore? The needle gets lost in the haystack…
I'm sure that more than one is true, or honest at the least. Consistency in reports are a big factor to note.
Even though these are clearly (and freely-admittedly) fakes, they still freak the living hell out of me!
Am I the only one who thinks that for some bizzare reason the shape of these things looks downright EVIL!?
Granted, the fact that I'm watching this at four in the morning after eating WAAAAAAY too much chocolate probably doesn't help with my mental state whist viewing these images…

You say it's FAKE because the debunkers say it's fake. Do you have any proof that it's fake or you just speaking out of emotions? This is the problem with Skeptics, no proof, but quick to say it's fake. I look at things both ways, until there are proof, it's not fake nor is it real.
I do computer graphics and they had very clear computer graphics look. it's not emotion and I'm not a 'skeptic'. I believe the ufo phenomenon to be real. some people who do computer graphics are tempted to pretend their designs are real ufos. this is such a case. the guy who did the original graphics likely did this video too. also I think it was admitted that it was computer graphics. there is no doubt. he lied and if we want the truth we can't afford to get emotionally tied to liars
I do some graphic work myself and I know what you mean. with the tools of today, it's really hard to tell what's real and what is fake, especially with all the disinformant people out there purposely releasing junk to the public to side step them from the truth. I didn't believe in UFOs or the technology until I witnessed it myself a couple of times in my life. I can tell you now, it was no swamp gas, flares or weather balloons.
you should make a detailed written account of what you saw and put it online
I'm a CG artist. The UFO designs follow current (human) sci fi design aesthetics. Heck they look like something I would design, and the shapes are typical of someone with basic 3D modeling skills. The CG is easy enough to fake as evidenced by this and many other videos. Also on most of the photos and vids I can detect mistakes in the live/3D integration. So to me as someone who knows a thing or two about faking things, this sure looks fake.
